Veritas’ long-awaited, self-titled debut album is now available for purchase both online and in stores nationwide. After a year of preparation and production, this album features songs that are near to the heart of Veritas and intended to touch the heart of each and every listener. Void of fitting into one specific genre, the album is receiving positive reviews from a rather diverse fanbase. With classic works like “The Lord’s Prayer”, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” and the original lyric “Love of My Life” which has been added to a traditional classical melody, the album offers classical crossover fans something that they can easily relate to and take to heart. Songs like Michael W. Smith’s “Agnus Dei”, Matt Redman’s “10,000 Reasons” and MercyMe’s “I Can Only Imagine” present a CCM offering with the unique Veritas vocal and orchestral styling. Younger fans will appreciate the addition of very familiar “Dare You To Move” originally by world-renown Christian rock band, Switchfoot, and “If You’re Out There” by the legendary R&B singer, John Legend. “The Hand that Holds the Storm” is an original song that has been widely accepted and is already fulfilling it’s purpose of providing hope and encouragement to those that are in the middle of a life storm. Finally, “An American Anthology” is a song that every American can proudly relate to as the group declares it’s appreciation for their country and for the men and women who have fought to provide the freedoms that we can enjoy.
Veritas is currently on tour promoting the launch of this album and taking the message of these songs around the country. You can view their schedule to see when they will be performing near you.
